He's spent decades in California, long enough to see how differently each part of the state lives, works, and buys homes.
Silicon Valley
His real estate career began in Silicon Valley, one of the most competitive housing markets in the country. It's where he learned that preparation, clear communication, and calm negotiation win more often than pressure.
South Orange County
Ronnie brought that experience home to South OC, where he lives with his family, works, and knows the neighborhoods from the sidelines and the school pickup line, not just the MLS.

He's a husband, a father, and a youth soccer coach. Most weekends you'll find him on a field somewhere in South County.
